CoinTracker Content Moderation Policy

What we are. CoinTracker lets you upload private information (e.g., portfolio/transaction data, receipts/attachments, labels/notes, and support submissions). We do not publicly display user content. We are thus a hosting service and not an online platform under the European Digital Services Act ("DSA").

How we keep the service safe. We use automated tools to detect malware, phishing, spam/abuse in forms, and obviously illegal material; limited human review handles edge cases and legal reports. We do not generally monitor all content.

When we act. If information is illegal or violates our Terms, we may remove or restrict it, limit features, or suspend accounts for repeated/severe breaches. When we do, we send you a statement of reasons explaining what we did and why, and how to contest it.

Changes to this policy. We will inform users of significant changes to this Policy or our Terms of Service in a clear notice (e.g., email or in-app) at least 15 days before they take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or safety reasons, in which case we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Report illegal content. Email support@cointracker.io with: (a) why you believe the item is illegal, (b) its exact location (e.g., ticket ID, attachment name, account reference), and (c) your contact email. We confirm receipt and inform you of our decision.
